Cancellations & Refunds Policy

You can cancel an order prior to dispatch of the goods. Goods are generally leaving our Sydney warehouse within 48 hours from the time of order placed.
For credit card transactions, a cancellation fee of 5% will be charged. For all other transactions, a 2.5% administration fee will be incurred. The remaining of your payment will be refunded to your same credit card or bank account, after applicable fees are deducted.

Returns Policy

No returns due to change of mind during COVID-19 as mentioned above. Please check your system brands and requirements etc. carefully before placing an order.
New and unopened items may be returned within five business days after they have been delivered to you, subject to the discretion of the relevant manufacturer (eg. Fujitsu, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Samsung, Daikin, LG Electronics, etc). Items must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging. Any freight costs to return goods will be the customer’s responsibility. Returns will also incur a 10% restocking charge.
ACH checks all orders carefully to ensure your products are correct, unopened and undamaged before dispatch. In case of the items being delivered to you with the incorrect description(s); opened and/or damaged, please call 1300 643 078 and let us know IMMEDIATELY. Please do not accept or sign off for the delivery on the spot, if your products are opened or damaged at the time of delivery.
