Air Conditioning Hub offers Free Delivery to all areas in New South Wales. For other states, please call our Customer Service Team on 1300 643 078 to confirm shipping time frame and costs. During COVID-19, shipping might not be available to some areas. Please check with us first before placing your order by sending us an email with your address and contact details. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

Dispatch
Goods are generally leaving our Sydney warehouse within 48 hours from the time of order placed. To track the location of your goods, please either call us on 1300 643 078 or log onto https://www.directfreight.com.au/ConsignmentStatus.aspx by simply entering your tracking number. No PO (Post Office) Boxes – Street address only

Need to change your delivery date or details?
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 643 078 immediately as your goods might be dispatched on the same day.

If Australia Post is delivering your goods, they’ll take it to the nearest Post Office, and leave a note in your letterbox. You’ll need to provide proof of ID when collecting the parcel from the Post Office. Read Australia Post’s full delivery terms and conditions. If Direct Freight Express is delivering your goods, it will be re-directed to the nearest Direct Freight courier depot.
